What does this course involve?

This is a new short course being offered by the City and Guilds. The water regulations course consists of theory sessions during the day plus an online exam at the end.

It enables existing workers in the plumbing industry to update their professional competence. This course will allow those new to plumbing to become accredited with a competent person scheme and thus help them increase the work they can access.

Requirements

What qualifications do I need?

Applicants must be aged 16 or over. You will need to have previously completed Level 2 Plumbing qualification.

Assessment

Assessment will be by online exam (Water Regulations) plus a practical assessment (Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Systems)

Fees & Costs

Eligible students may be able to get help with course related costs such a travel, equipment and childcare. The fees for this course are payable by all learners. The College policy regarding remission of fees does not apply to this course.
