What does this course involve?

You’ll learn through the use of professional standard equipment in our photographic studios, dark-rooms and digital labs. The programme will give you the opportunity to work with industry partners on live briefs and creative productions.

You can look forward to using stateof- the-art equipment and facilities in our newly designed Creative Industries Centre.

This Study Programme will include English and maths at an appropriate level, and it will support the development of skills towards employability and suitability to progress onto the next level of study.

Requirements

What qualifications do I need?

You will need a minimum of five GCSEs at C grades or equivalent, including maths and English. Students may be able to progress from Level 2 vocationally related programmes.

Assessment

You will learn through practical and written assessments and build a portfolio of work.

Fees & Costs

If you are 16-18yrs old at the start of the Study Programme, it will be free. There may be additional payments required for trips, visits and other materials. For adult learners (over 19) financial support towards the costs of your Study Programme may be available. Eligible students may be able to get help with course related costs such as travel, equipment and childcare.
