What does this course involve?

Dover Campus

This course includes units in electrical science, environmental technologies, electrical installation design, test and inspection, and electrical fault-finding.

The course will help you gain employment in the electro-technical industry.

This Study Programme will include English and maths at an appropriate level, and it will support the development of skills towards employability and suitability to progress onto the next level of study.


What qualifications do I need?

4 Cs or 4s including English at level 4 and maths at level 5 and a relevant full level 2.


You will learn through practical sessions in our workshops and assessment will be through practical assignments, written work and online tests.

Fees & Costs

If you are 16-18yrs old at the start of the Study Programme, it will be free. There may be additional payments required for trips, visits and other materials.

If you are aged 19 and over an Advanced Learning loan may be available if you are studying at Level 3 and above. To find out if you’re eligible visit Eligible students may be able to get help with course related costs such as travel, equipment and childcare.
