What does this course involve?

You’ll learn a variety of skills required to progress in the IT industry including: computer systems technology, networking solutions, software development and web design. It will also support the development of the skills you’ll require to progress to the next level of study.


What qualifications do I need?

You will need GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications) and an interview with the course tutor.

Mature students who have successfully completed a Level 2 course in a related subject may also be admitted subject to an interview with the course tutor.


You will be continuously assessed throughout including observations and written work. There is no exam requirement.

On successful completion of this Study Programme, you could progress onto a HNC in Computing and Systems Development, and then onto the second year of an Undergraduate Degree at University in a related subject.
